02. How much is a deposit for a session or wedding package?

Sessions require a 100% deposit. Weddings require 50% upfront to save your date. The rest is split up into two payments halfway to your wedding and a month before your wedding. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferable to another date (if I am available) with a rescheduling fee.

 03. How do I pay you?

You will be able to pay online via credit card or bank transfer.

04. Once I book with you, what are the next steps?

Once I have your signed contract and deposit, your date is saved! Between booking and your session/wedding day, you will hear from my or my assistant, Danie, a handful of times and we will be connecting with you about your planning process and details. We are here to answer any questions you have and ensure everything runs smoothly. 

05. Can I print my photos?

Yes. You can print and have unlimited personal use of your images online or physically. If you want to use your images in a publication, for marketing, business, or monetary gain - you need written permission from me (take a peek at the Grant of Rights clause when you receive your contract). That permission is not often given.

06. Do you travel? What are your travel fees?

I absolutely travel! These vary slightly based on how far the event takes me. I have a .50 cents a mile travel fee over 30 miles from my home (Stillwater, MN) roundtrip. Anything over an hour from home I require a hotel stay the night of the wedding in addition to the mileage travel fee. If the travel is more extensive I require an additional hotel stay the day before along with the day of the event. International travel and destination weddings are case-by-case scenarios, but my general guidelines for travel apply (minus the mileage fee but add the cost of the flight).
